Our vision is to provide a service whereby we match childcare centres with high quality staff. We strongly feel that by listening to our clients and understanding their needs that we will find the right people for their team. Sussana is a qualified early childhood teacher herself for over 25 years. She has worked in various type of early childhood setting, started out as a childcare assistant then becoming an early childhood teacher/ room leader before leading teams of early childhood educators as a centre director for other organisations. In the midst of her early childhood career with other organisations she has had the experience in teaching Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care. She then ventured out to start her own childcare centres where she leads several teams of early childhood professionals with a quest of providing quality care and education to young children. As her belief is that children deserve the best early start to their life and education.
Throughout the years of experience in recruiting staff for her own services, she noted a strong need for genuine help to employers to find quality staff without having to spend so much time and suffer the headaches in recruiting new staff and to retain that quality staff. That is having a recruitment service that understands what employers go through and the need for long term quality staff for a quality early childhood service- and is affordable.
Having been an employee as an educator herself, Sussana understands what skills and qualities a passionate and committed educator must possess and looks for in an early childhood service to work in.
Jodie has been working with Sussana for the last 5 years assisting in human resources and also general administration for her current businesses. Prior to working with Sussana Jodie worked in the Events Management industry and has delivered events throughout Australia. Jodie understands the importance of clear communication and listening to clients to deliver outstanding results.
She enjoys working collaboratively with clients and really takes the time to get to know the business and the individual. Jodie has exceptional organisational skills which are put to great use when matching employers and candidates. Jodie is always striving to exceed expectations and in doing so is dedicated, motivated and goal orientated. She works diligently to match the right people and workplaces together.
Jodie believes that challenges make life interesting, but overcoming those challenges makes life meaningful. In her spare time Jodie loves spending time with her family and two cats. She loves travelling and learning about the world and its different cultures.
